Nathan Sam Long is a London-based filmmaker, who first picked up a camera aged 10 and has never put it down. He started in documentaries, working around the world in conflict zones and developing countries, with a focus on politics and human rights. These formative years shaped a style that blends a strong human core with poetic, bold visuals, and a focus on conceptual storytelling that has heavily influenced his commercial work.
Nathan now works across commercials and music, with clients including IBM, Toyota and E.ON, NGO’s Theirworld, Education Above All and Surfers Against Sewage, with agencies such as Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi, MullenLowe and Publicis. His work has been recognised by D&AD, British Arrows, Creative Circle and the Kinsale Sharks.
